Jon Hamm, Kristen Wiig and Maya Rudolph had multiple reasons to celebrate when the 2024 Emmys nominations were announced Wednesday. The three stars, who all appeared in the 2011 film Bridesmaids, were among the performers to land acting nominations for more than one project this year.
Hamm was nominated for best actor in a limited or anthology series for FX’s Fargo, in addition to his nom for best supporting actor in a drama series for Apple TV+’s The Morning Show.
Wiig earned a nomination for best actress in a comedy series for Apple TV+’s Palm Royale. She was also nominated as best guest actress for a comedy series for hosting Saturday Night Live.
