Mike Myers reduces the asking price of his NYC home 5

Austin Powers would feel right at home in this glam penthouse adjacent to the High Line — and it’s now $2.5 million cheaper.

Toronto-born actor Mike Myers — who famously starred as both Austin Powers, the international man of mystery, and his nemesis, Dr. Evil, in the hit satirical spy film trilogy — has slashed the price of his West Chelsea penthouse to $17.5 million. That’s down from its original $20 million ask last year.

The full-floor residence is at 505 W. 19th St., which was designed by architect Thomas Juul-Hansen. Myers, also known as the voice of Shrek, the beloved green ogre, bought the penthouse for $15.35 million in 2017, two years after the building’s launch.

The unit measures a gracious 5,622 square feet. It features four bedrooms, 4.5 baths and two private terraces that total around 800 square feet. Design details include lots of organic material, including wood and stone that, as Juul-Hansen says, brings “warmth” to the environment.

The home opens from a key-locked elevator to an entry foyer, and there is also a separate service entrance.

Floor-to-ceiling casement windows showcase views of West Chelsea through a library that leads to a terrace. There’s also a main living room with a woodburning fireplace — and an open chef’s kitchen with custom oak cabinetry, a breakfast bar and a wine fridge.

Next up is a great room or a media room with French doors and a Juliet balcony.

A main bedroom suite comes with a private hallway, two walk-in closets, and an ensuite bath with marble walls, heated floors and a sauna. In addition, there’s a study with a wet bar and a private balcony that could also serve as a fifth bedroom.

The building has two wings and an entry lobby beneath the High Line. Amenities include a gym, a concierge, private storage, bike storage and cold storage for deliveries.
